Toshiba printer cause an error when encoding NXP Ucode 8 and Monza R6 because of the lack of user memory (UM); Tag verification after print fails and understandably this feature should not be deactivated. Several customers requested for an update from Toshiba to resolve this. There is no known solution to the problem at this stage.
Toshiba confirmed that this issue seems to be connected to the UMI-Bit. It might help to program the PC-Word, the commands can be obtained from Toshiba.
